Build Health Studios is looking for a group fitness coach to lead small group strength and conditioning sessions across Strength, Endurance, Sprint, Sweat and Mobility. Our classes are small by design, so every member gets real coaching, not just a workout to follow. You'll help our members become stronger, fitter and more confident.
This is a role for someone who brings energy to the floor, notices when a member needs an extra push, commands a room, coaches movement properly and makes every person feel like they belong.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality small group training sessions
- Coaching technique, movement and exercise execution
- Creating energy and connection on the gym floor
- Knowing when to push a member and when to support them
- Building genuine relationships with our members
- Working closely with our coaching team to continually improve the member experience
About you
- You have a genuine passion for helping people improve
- You have experience in strength and conditioning, functional training, HIIT or similar environments
- You hold a minimum Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness
- You're confident coaching groups and correcting movement
- You train yourself and genuinely enjoy fitness and performance
- You bring positive energy without forcing it
- You're reliable, qualified and take ownership
- You want feedback and want to keep improving as a coach
- You enjoy working as part of a close team
- You hold Australian working rights

Our members are known by name, pushed to get better and look forward to showing up.
