We are part of Steadfast which will give you access to the Steadfast Client Trading Platform (SCTP) helpiing you streamline getting multiple quotes from multiple insurers from 1 input into the system.

The Role

You will become an AR of Bluewell and we will supply some temporary initial clients to give you an income and you will create your own book of business which you will be part owner of.

You will create recent business clients and must demonstrate a history of being able to create new business clients.

There will be minimum terms required by you and KPI's to be met.

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Broking: Manage and create a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across various industries, delivering tailored insurance solutions including, ISR's, public liability, professional indemnity, and other relevant coverages to meet the specific needs of each business.

- Client Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships and ensure clients' needs are always met.

- Market Insight: Stay across industry changes and confidently advise on coverage options.

- Policy Placement: Source and negotiate policies that provide the best outcomes for your clients.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance broking (commercial preferred).

- Minimum Tier 1 qualification but must start working towards a Diploma on acceptance.

- Sound knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive, motivated, and eager to continue learning.

- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
