Redcape Hospitality is looking for an Assistant Manager at Flagstone Tavern in Brisbane’s south-west. You’ll work alongside the Venue Manager, lead shifts across bar, bistro and gaming, and help build a team and a local the community backs. What you’ll do

- Lead shifts as Manager on Duty across bar, bistro and gaming
- Coach and back your team so they feel confident, proud of their work and keen to grow
- Work with the Venue Manager to drive trade and spot ways to make Flagstone better
- Keep the venue clean, welcoming and running to standard
- Look after cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting
- Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards

What we’re looking for

- A supervisor ready to step up,



or an experienced manager ready for a fresh start
- Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
- A knack for great service and for bringing out the best in your team
- Hungry to learn, grow and move up
- Available for a mix of shifts, including some weekends and public holidays
- Current QLD RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with CLO highly regarded
