The Role

Kingsford The Barossa has an exciting opportunity for a full time Hotel Allrounder to join our team.

As a Hotel Allrounder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across both Front Office and Food and Beverage. As a member of our wider Salter Brothers Hospitality team, you'll create meaningful experiences for our guests through genuine hospitality, attention to detail and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

The role and key duties...

- Deliver exceptional guest service across Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.

- Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest enquiries.

- Coordinate reservations, guest itineraries and billing processes.

- Support breakfast, bar and restaurant service as required.

- Forge relationships with guests and locals to promote clientele loyalty & retention.

- Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests.

- Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card transactions,



and room charges according to hotel policies.

- Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times, oversee the setup and breakdown of dining areas, assist with the setup and service of special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.

You'll thrive in this role if you have...
- 1-2 years' experience within a luxury hotel Front Office or Guest Services role.

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- An RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

- Robust communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to work across multiple areas of the hotel.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- A passion for Brisbane and sharing the city's best experiences with guests.
