About us

AGCoaching is a growing tutoring business in Rouse Hill focused on Year 11 and HSC. Our founder, Ajay, placed 7th in NSW in HSC Business Studies. We coach discipline, consistency and confidence, not just marks.

The role

- 1-on-1 lessons, face-to-face at our Rouse Hill campus or online
- Casual contractor (ABN), weekdays 3:30 to 8pm and weekends

Pay and pay rises

- $37.50/hr base for Years 11 to 12 ($30 to $35/hr for younger years)
- Pay rises as you complete lessons: +$2.50/hr at 50 lessons, +$5 at 125, +$7.50 at 225, +$10 at 350 (up to $47.50/hr)
- Bonuses: $10 per 5-star Google review, $25 when your student scores 85%+ on an assessment, $25 for a school assessment improvement

What you'll do

- Teach content, case studies and extended response technique to the NSW syllabus
- Mark practice responses and set homework
- Send parents a short weekly lesson summary

What you need

- Band 6 in HSC Business Studies, Legal Studies, Economics, Up-to-date History or Ancient History
- Strong ATAR, 95+ preferred




- Current uni student or recent graduate
- NSW Working With Children Check (or willing to get one)
