Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Qualitative Research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, and related advisory fields for a short-term AI conversation evaluation project.

In this role, you will review conversations between individuals and AI models to assess whether the AI gathered sufficient context before providing recommendations. You will identify missing information, suggest relevant follow-up questions, and evaluate how additional context could influence the quality and appropriateness of recommendations.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid qualitative analysis, critical thinking, contextual reasoning, and written communication skills who are interested in contributing their expertise to AI research and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated conversations involving interpersonal relationships, workplace situations, education, family matters, everyday decisions, and other real-world scenarios.
- Identify gaps in contextual information and recommend relevant follow-up questions.
- Assess whether the AI gathered sufficient information before offering advice or recommendations.
- Determine whether missing information could materially change a recommendation or its outcome.
- Distinguish between critical, decision-relevant information and details that are merely descriptive or non-essential.
- Conduct qualitative reviews and document findings using structured evaluation guidelines.
- Provide clear, objective, and evidence-based feedback on conversational quality and contextual reasoning.
- Apply consistent evaluation standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications





Candidates should have approximately 5 years of relevant skilled experience in at least one of the following areas:

1. Social Work

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Applicable professional registration or licensure, where required.
- Experience in client assessment, case review, interviewing, counseling, or social-work practice.

2. Psychology, Counseling, or Therapy

- Relevant master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Applicable professional license or credential for clinical or counseling practice, where required.
- Experience in client-facing work, psychological assessment, interviewing, counseling, or case review.

3. Qualitative Research, HCI, or Communication

- Advanced academic qualifications or equivalent relevant expertise in HCI, Communication, Anthropology, Sociology, Qualitative Research, or a related discipline.
- Experience in qualitative interviews, user research, conversation analysis, thematic analysis, qualitative coding, or similar research activities.

4. Coaching, Mediation, Student Services, or Advisory Roles

- Relevant professional qualifications, credentials, or demonstrated subject-matter expertise.
- Substantial direct experience in coaching, mediation, student advising, organizational consulting, or comparable advisory work.
- Experience gathering relevant context, assessing individual or organizational needs, and providing informed recommendations.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience identifying missing context during interviews, consultations, coaching sessions, or client interactions.
- Strong qualitative analysis, critical thinking, and contextual reasoning abilities.
- Ability to evaluate complex interpersonal and real-world situations objectively.




- Understanding of psychological, social, financial, practical, and other factors that may influence decisions.
- Experience with structured case reviews, qualitative coding, research evaluation, data annotation, or AI model evaluation.
- Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Compensation and Engagement Details
- Rate: $30 per completed task.
- Task duration: Approximately 75 minutes per task on average.
- Contract period: 3 weeks.
- Work arrangement: Fully remote.
- Engagement type: Short-term freelance/contract assignment.
- Benefits: This is a contractor engagement and does not include medical advantages or paid leave.

Actual workload, task availability, and total earnings will depend on project requirements and the number of tasks assigned and completed.
