As MediFly expands its international presence, we are seeking experienced, highly motivated Independent Sales Consultants with established relationships throughout the healthcare industry.

The OpportunityWe are looking for independent professionals who can introduce MediFly to hospitals, healthcare systems, international assistance companies, insurance organizations, and other potential referral partners in their respective countries and markets.

This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial individuals with existing professional networks who want to leverage their healthcare relationships to develop a recurring, commission-based revenue opportunity.

This is not a salaried employment position. Consultants operate independently, determine their own schedules, and develop their own markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Introduce MediFly's platform to hospitals, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and medical assistance providers.
- Leverage established professional relationships to generate qualified opportunities.
- Educate prospective partners on MediFly's Fixed-Wing Air Ambulance and Commercial Assist capabilities.
- Identify organizations coordinating domestic or international patient transportation.




- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and decision-makers.
- Track prospect engagement and sales activities through MediFly's consultant platform.
- Collaborate with MediFly leadership to support market development and growth.

Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in professionals with experience in:

- Hospital business development and healthcare sales
- Case management and discharge planning
- International medical assistance and patient repatriation
- Air ambulance and medical transportation services
- Insurance, travel assistance, and healthcare coordination
- Healthcare consulting and strategic partnerships

Established relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, insurance organizations, or medical assistance providers are required. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, professional credibility, entrepreneurial motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

- 25% commission on eligible MediFly platform fees collected from completed transactions directly attributable to the consultant.
