What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing accurate repair estimates for insurance claims, including storm and weather-related damage

- Reviewing scope of works and ensuring estimates align with policy and industry standards

- Liaising with customers, trades, assessors, and insurers throughout the repair process

- Producing detailed reports and supporting documentation





- Building robust relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service

- Contributing to timely, fair, and high-quality claim outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in insurance estimating, building estimating, or a similar role

- Knowledge of residential repairs and insurance claim processes

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

- Ability to manage multiple jobs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
