What you’ll be doing:

As the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of technology governance, risk, compliance and assurance activities across Zurich Cover-More Group. You'll establish and drive a unified approach to technology risk management, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, reported and remediated in line with business objectives and risk appetite.

You'll also oversee Technology's compliance obligations across frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2 and internal compliance frameworks, while delivering meaningful reporting and insights to senior leadership.

- Lead the Technology Governance,



Risk & Compliance function across the organisation
- Drive continuous improvement of governance, risk, controls and compliance processes
- Develop and maintain effective technology risk management and reporting practices
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders on technology risk, compliance and remediation priorities
- Oversee compliance across key frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2 and other regulatory obligations
- Act as the escalation point for significant technology risk and compliance issues
- Lead assurance activities and control effectiveness assessments
- Deliver executive-level reporting, risk insights and recommendations
- Build strong partnerships across Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance and Audit functions
- Lead, coach and develop a team of GRC specialists.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

You'll be a collaborative and influential leader who can translate complex technology risks into meaningful business outcomes.

- 7 years' experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Cyber Risk, Governance or Compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT and related standards
- Experience conducting risk and control assessments and delivering executive-level reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and educate diverse audiences
- Experience managing regulatory change initiatives and compliance programs
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Previous people leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams




- Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Risk, Technology or a related discipline.
