About the Role

Working within our fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for preparing meat products to specification while ensuring the highest standards of quality, food safety and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Trimming, slicing and portioning meat products to specification
- Maintaining product quality, presentation and consistency
- Maximising yield and minimising waste
- Following food safety, GMP and hygiene standards
- Using knives and cutting equipment safely and effectively
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Identifying and reporting safety, quality or equipment concerns

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, butchery or knife handling is advantageous




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professional knife skills
