WE'RE HIRING – CASUAL FENCING LABOURER

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Fencing Labourer to join our growing team!

M&N; Fencing specializes in residential and commercial fencing, gates and retaining walls working across Greater Melbourne.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in doing a good job and is willing to learn.

The Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Assisting with timber, Colorbond, aluminium and tubular fencing installations.

- Assisting with gate and retaining wall installations.

- Digging post holes and mixing/pouring concrete.

- Loading and unloading materials.

- Using hand and power tools.

- General site preparation and clean-up.

- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite.

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual.

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour.

- Good attitude and willingness to learn.





- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- White Card (essential).

- Driver's licence (essential) and reliable transport.

- Previous construction or fencing experience (preferred, but not essential).

- AUS/NZ Citizens or permanent residents.
