NOW HIRING – FLYER DISTRIBUTION STAFF
Location: Wynyard, Sydney CBD
Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Employment Type: Casual / Promotional Staff
We are looking for energetic, friendly and outgoing individuals to join our promotional team to help distribute flyers and promote an Asian restaurant located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute promotional flyers to pedestrians around Wynyard Station, Carrington Street, George Street and surrounding areas.
Approach potential customers in a friendly, confident and professional manner.
- Introduce the restaurant and explain current dining promotions.
- Encourage potential customers to visit the restaurant.
- Target high-foot-traffic locations during assigned shifts
- Ensure flyers are handed directly to people rather than left unattended or discarded.
- Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the restaurant.
- Provide updates to management on flyer distribution progress and customer responses.
- Follow management's instructions regarding assigned locations and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable and confident in speaking with the public.
- Good English communication skills, ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) will be an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual and presentable.
- Comfortable standing and walking outdoors for extended periods.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts.
- Previous flyer distribution, promotional or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
