We are currently supporting local government and public sector projects across New South Wales and Queensland. We are looking for experienced professionals to join the team. Depending on candidate backgrounds, we are looking for the following profiles:

Profile 1: NSW Local Government Project Manager

Role Focus: Project delivery, governance, local government reporting, and grant acquittals.

Location: Based anywhere in NSW or QLD, ideally able to travel to Ballina.

Profile:

- 5+ years running projects in or for NSW councils (corporate, operational, or grant-funded projects; non-construction).
- Strong familiarity with the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R;) framework, council reporting, and grant acquittals.
- Skilled project management accreditation (AIPM, PMP, or PRINCE2) preferred.

Profile 2: Northern Rivers Associate

Role Focus: Stakeholder engagement, community consultation, and local project support.

Location: Based in or near Ballina, Lismore, Byron, or Tweed (able to attend on-site meetings at short notice).

Profile:

- Background in stakeholder engagement, community consultation,



or project support—ideally within local councils or state agencies.
- Strong local presence with the capacity to meet on-site as needed.
- Bonus: Established connections with local Aboriginal organisations or other regional networks.
