LINDELLI is a leading Australian fine jewellery house specialising in custom engagement rings and distinctive fine jewellery. Known for contemporary design, exceptional craftsmanship and a refreshingly personal approach, we're redefining the experience of buying an engagement ring.

We're looking for a confident, personable and commercially minded consultant to join our Sydney Atelier team.

Someone who genuinely enjoys people, knows how to build trust and excitement, and has a natural ability to turn a excellent conversation into a successful sale.

You don't need a background in jewellery. We're equally interested in talented sales professionals from luxury retail, fashion, interiors and other premium client-focused environments.

The role

You'll lead private, one-on-one consultations, helping clients navigate one of life's most exciting purchases - choosing or creating their perfect engagement ring or fine jewellery piece.

From understanding individual styles and budgets to guiding couples through diamonds, designs and custom possibilities, you'll make the experience feel personal, inspiring and effortless.

You'll be responsible for

- Delivering engaging, personalised consultations and exceptional client experiences.

- Building genuine relationships and confidently guiding clients towards purchase decisions.

- Understanding different personalities, preferences and budgets.





- Achieving individual sales targets and managing your own client pipeline.

- Preparing accurate quotes promptly and following up opportunities with care and consistency.

- Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure every detail is right.

About you

You're warm, engaging and naturally confident. You know how to read a room, make people feel comfortable and create excitement around a product.

Importantly, you're commercially driven without being pushy. You enjoy achieving results and understand that great sales come from genuine relationships.

You'll bring:

- Proven success in consultative sales and achieving targets.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Confidence in making recommendations, overcoming hesitation and closing sales.

- Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail.

- A proactive approach to follow-up and client management.

- A genuine appreciation for design, quality and beautiful things.

Jewellery experience is highly regarded but not essential. Comprehensive training is provided.
