Salary: $34,000 – $44,000 per month

We believe everyone deserves the chance to grow towards a brighter future.The Work Mates program focuses on empowering participants to build confidence, develop practical employability skills, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes. It provides long-term and personalised employment coaching to youth and adults with a NDIS plan, and delivers tailored, hands-on support.This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. It's varied, hands-on and on the go, with time spent working directly with participants and connecting with employers and the local community.Due to the rapid growth of the Work Mates program, we're looking for a casual Employment Support Coach with availability between 15–30 hours per week, with hours available between 8:30am and 3:30pm.What You'll Do:Support individuals to identify goals and overcome barriersCoach participants in resumes, job searching, and interview skillsDeliver engaging, person-centred job readiness trainingDevelop confidence, social skills, and workplace readinessConnect with employers and advocate for participant opportunitiesTrack progress and maintain accurate,
