Job DescriptionRole: Salesforce Tech LeadBased in Melbourne CBD - Hybrid workingDaily Rate - 6month initial contract, high potential to extend (2 year program of work)We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll bring strong hands-on engineering skills together with the leadership ability to guide teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.The breakdown of the role will be:70% Tech Leading30% Hands on Salesforce - which could be solutioning, enabling Salesforce Devs to execute tasksTechnical skills needed:8+ years hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura component developmentDeep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudStrong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks for Experience CloudExperience maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoftFamiliarity with CPQ or FinancialForce highly regarded/bonusWhat you'll doLead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutionsChampion automation, DevOps practices,
