Based in Sydney, our team works closely with international experts to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable payment solutions to Australian financial institutions.As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and digital payments.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Manager to join our Information Security, Risk & Compliance Office (ISERCO).Reporting within the Payment Services Business Unit, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Program, ensuring our services remain secure, compliant, and resilient while supporting critical payment infrastructures.You will collaborate with engineering, operations, project teams, and executive stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks while driving security excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Information Security & Risk ManagementDevelop, maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)Define and maintain information security policies and standardsIdentify, assess and manage IT and cybersecurity risksEnsure compliance with regulatory,
