Our client is a quick‑growing cyber security consultancy across Australia and New Zealand, known for technical depth and for backing its people.They have an immediate need for a Senior Security Architect in Melbourne, in a permanent role, with a current engagement embedded full‑time with one of their enterprise clients.You will sit inside a large enterprise's cyber program and keep the external delivery providers honest. This is architecture assurance, not hands‑on build, and not vendor or pre‑sales work.The roleReview security designs from delivery partners and challenge what does not hold upSet and defend security architecture decisions with senior stakeholdersConfidently push back with the client when the design or the risk calls for itWork alongside other embedded architects and the client's security leadershipJoin a practice that grows senior architects into lead rolesWhat you'll need to succeedA solid 10 years in security, with senior architecture experienceReal depth in at least one of AWS, Azure or GCPClient‑facing experience, with the judgement to push back and hold your positionDesign and ability to make decisions you can explain and defend under questioningExperience governing third‑party delivery is highly regardedFull, unrestricted right to work in Australia mandatory as a PR or CitizenSABSA, TOGAF or CISSP is advantageous; proven experience counts moreSuitably skilled candidates are encouraged to apply with an achievement‑based CV.This role is also available in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.#J-18808-Ljbffr
