NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Sydney CBD NSWLocation: Statewide Talent Pool creation to fill future ongoing and temporary roles statewideSalary: $201,606.00 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + SuperannuationWe are seeking proactive and dedicated Managers of Security to lead security operations across a range of correctional centres and operational locations throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.Your Role:The Manager of Security provides high level operational leadership and direction for management in small, medium and large correctional centres, this includes the coordination of the purposeful day, effective provision of security, inmate related services and ensuring the maintenance of staff discipline. Manager of Security roles also lead and direct special projects or specialised services within Corrective Services NSW.What we're looking for:We are looking for resilient and accountable leaders who demonstrate solid integrity, sound judgement and the ability to perform in complex and high-pressure environments.
