STARTEK AUSTRALIA is seeking Customer Service Agents to support customers of a leading Australian retailer of electronics and appliances. You will be the first point of contact for faulty products, repairs, warranties and service enquiries, and you'll manage cases from start to finish with stores, suppliers and service providers.

The role offers in-office training and a hybrid mode after competency is achieved.
