About the Role

Based at a leading education facility in East Burwood, you'll be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical service and maintenance activities across the campus and other Campus’ related to the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

- General electrical and communications service and maintenance
- Fault finding, repairs and reactive maintenance
- Preventative maintenance and compliance works
- Small projects, upgrades and installations




- Liaising professionally with facility stakeholders and end users
- Completing job records and documentation through job management systems
- Working collaboratively with the QA Electrical team and client representatives
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and future works
- Supporting apprentices and team members where required

What We're Looking For

- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Open Cablers license
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience in commercial service and maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and ability to work within an education setting
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical

As this role is based within an education facility, successful applicants must be willing to obtain:

- Current Working With Children Check
- Police Check

Both checks will be arranged and funded by QA Electrical prior to commencement if required.

Highly Regarded

- Experience working within schools, universities or education environments
- Working at Heights
- EWP Licence
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software
- Experience supporting apprentices or mentoring junior team members
