NightOwl Convenience is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 12-15 stores across Brisbane and nearby areas. You’ll coach franchisees, drive Standards, Stock and Sales, and partner with the Operations team to deliver robust commercial outcomes.

Applicants should have 3+ years in retail management, multi-site experience, hands-on leadership, and a data-driven approach to improving performance. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are required.
