Kingpin Crown in Melbourne is seeking a Sous Chef who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchen and enjoys leading people. You will be the 2IC to the Head Chef, guiding day-to-day operations and maintaining quality and safety standards.
You’ll coach a team of Cooks, assist with ordering and stock control, contribute to kitchen admin, and help set a positive culture during peak services. WWCC and First Aid/CPR are required or willing to obtain; leadership experience is valued.
