Leaf Doctors is a growing Australian medicinal cannabis telehealth clinic, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Booking Specialist to join our team.
Based in our brand-new, fully renovated Newtown office, you'll work with a steady flow of warm leads and patient enquiries, helping turn interest into confirmed appointments.
If you're confident on the phone, competitive by nature and love hitting KPIs, this is the role for you!
What you'll be doing
- Calling warm leads who have expressed interest in our medicinal cannabis consultation services.
- Converting enquiries into confirmed telehealth appointments.
- Following up with new, existing and previously unconverted leads.
- Building rapport, answering general enquiries and confidently guiding patients through the booking process.
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets.
- Managing leads, updating our CRM and tracking conversion performance.
- Collaborating with our patient care and marketing teams to maximise bookings.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation or call centres.
- A strong sales and conversion mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent phone communication and objection-handling skills.
- A proactive, persistent and results-focused attitude.
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
- Strong organisation and CRM skills.
Healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
