AU MONEY GROUP is seeking a relationship-focused Partnership Manager to support and develop our growing finance broker network across Australia.

Our focus includes vehicle, asset, equipment, personal and business finance. This role suits someone who understands finance broking, enjoys building qualified relationships and can help brokers make effective use of available systems, training and support.

About the role

You will be a key contact for brokers joining and working within AU MONEY GROUP. Working closely with management, you will coordinate onboarding, maintain regular broker contact and help identify opportunities for broker development and network growth.

Key responsibilities

- Broker onboarding: Guide new brokers through onboarding requirements and help them become familiar with relevant CRM, application systems and support processes.
- Broker support: Maintain regular contact, understand brokers’ business needs and coordinate assistance with the appropriate teams.
- Training and development: Coordinate systems training, lender education, mentoring and professional development opportunities.
- Relationship management: Build productive relationships with brokers, lender BDMs and relevant industry contacts.
- Broker growth: Identify practical opportunities to improve broker engagement, efficiency,



service and business performance.
- Network development: Engage prospective brokers, respond to enquiries and support recruitment activities.
- Performance reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on agreed goals for onboarding, engagement, retention and network growth.

About you

- Experience in finance broking, broker support, relationship management or financial services business development.
- Understanding of the Australian finance broking industry, particularly asset, vehicle, equipment, personal or business finance.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence building relationships and coordinating support across multiple stakeholders.
- A professional approach, sound judgement and respect for compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with management.
