About the Opportunity

This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll be involved in everything from payroll and HR systems to learning, reporting and continuous improvement. You'll join a collaborative People team that values relationships, innovation and making work better for everyone.

What you'll be doing

No two days look quite the same, but you'll spend your time:

- Keeping payroll running smoothly and accurately

- Providing trusted support to employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle

- Managing and enhancing our HR systems and data

- Supporting performance, remuneration and talent processes

- Coordinating learning and development activities

- Creating meaningful reports and insights that help inform decisions

- Identifying smarter ways of working and driving process improvements

- Partnering with stakeholders across HR,



Finance and the broader business

What you'll bring

- Have experience in HR operations, payroll, HR systems or a similar people-focused role

- Experience working with HRIS platforms and data management

- High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement

- Robust analytical and reporting capabilities
- A collaborative approach and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

- Build positive relationships and communicate with confidence

- Take ownership, show initiative and enjoy working collaboratively

- Relevant HR qualifications will be highly regarded
