Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Footscray. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Pay and super
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What the role involves
Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
