We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Upper Duroby. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
What we provide
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Hours you need to be free
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
To be considered
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What the role involves
Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Attend mentoring and team workshops.
Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
