PT Role | Bungalow

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Bungalow, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What you will need A Cert IV in Fitness,



or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What you will do

Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
