Looking for a casual personal training role in Oldbury? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
What the role involves
Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
Pay and super
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Availability needed
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Support
