This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Subiaco East, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
Pay
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Availability needed
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,
CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Day to day
Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
