Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Minchinbury

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Minchinbury. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Day to day

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
