PT Role | Snap Fitness Tweed South Palmvale

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Palmvale. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it




- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours. Send your CV to apply, and feel free to ask us about the role.
