Maple Physiotherapy & Performance is seeking a motivated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team. We’re looking for a clinician who values excellent patient care, enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to continue developing their clinical skills.

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join us in a full-time capacity, with a four-day working week considered for the right applicant.

The Role The role will involve:

- Providing high-quality, evidence-informed Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

· Leading 1:1 up to 1:6 Strength + Rehab sessions (+ Clinical Pilates depending on your skill set and preference).
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each client's goals.
- Building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting clients throughout their recovery.
- Incorporating exercise prescription,



movement assessment and rehabilitation into patient care where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with other clinicians to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
- Managing and developing your caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
- Contributing to a positive team culture and the continued development of Maple.
- Actively engaging in career development and ongoing clinical learning.

Requirements We’re looking for someone who brings:

- A qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
- Completion of additional Clinical Pilates or Strength + Conditioning training will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in private practice
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills.
- A patient-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Initiative, reliability and a willingness to learn and develop.
- An interest in exercise-based rehabilitation, movement and performance.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality clinical care.

Previous private practice experience is preferred. Remuneration will be negotiated based on your experience, skills and proposed working arrangement.
