Facilitators work closely with a passionate, supportive team based in Melbourne and Sydney.
Background and Introduction:
This role exists because Toolbox Education continues to grow across Australia. We’re recruiting new psychology students to join our 2026 facilitator team. Facilitators bring psychology to life in classrooms, delivering short, engaging workshops that teach emotional regulation, thinking traps, and conflict resolution.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver 50–60 minute workshops to groups of primary and secondary students
- Engage and connect with students through interactive activities and discussion
- Arrive early to sign in, meet staff, and set up the classroom
- Participate in team debriefs and receive regular feedback and mentoring
- Follow child safety procedures and report disclosures appropriately
Selection Criteria:
- Currently studying an undergraduate psychology degree
- Confident, engaging communicator who can hold a room’s attention
- Reliable, professional, and proactive
- Has a car and driver’s licence
- Passionate about helping young people and mental health
