We are an acute medical and surgical hospital with 240 beds, conveniently located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne easily accessible via the Monash Freeway and East Link.

- 9 Operating Theatres including a Hybrid Theatre, and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Theatre Technicians on a part time basis (will consider full time/casual).

Key responsibilities include preparation of equipment for a wide range of surgeries, maintaining a clean workplace,



removal of linen and waste and delivering high quality customer service to a range of people from diverse backgrounds.· You may also assist in facilitating patient transfers between departments.

Essential criteria

You will possess Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Operating theatre Technical Support).

Minimum 6 - 12 months experience working in a hospital environment.

Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

You must possess excellent time management skills to function effectively in a busy perioperative environment.

How to apply

You must be available to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Once orientated must participate in rostered on call shifts.
