Cafs in Ballarat, VIC, is seeking a Youth Care Practitioner to provide therapeutic, residential care for young people aged 7 to 17. The role is part time permanent (67.5 hours per fortnight) with a 24/7 roster and day/evening/overnight shifts.
You will support daily routines, education, life skills and family contact while maintaining safety, documentation and compliance. The position includes salary packaging options and above‑award entitlements.
