Store Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and passionate retail leader to step into the Store Manager role at a leading retail brand. The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a strong and visible floor presence
- Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with service standards
- Drive sales performance and store profitability through strong cost and productivity management
- Manage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to achieve business and payroll targets
- Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiency
- Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback
- Uphold and role‑model the company’s values, culture, and brand expectations

Skills and Experience:

- Strong retail background with hands‑on experience across shop floor and stockroom
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams
- Warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
- High attention to detail with a robust understanding of retail profitability
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets




- Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels

Salary & Benefits

Salary of $70,000–$73,000 + Super.

Monthly performance‑based bonus opportunities, subject to store targets and KPIs.

50% staff discount.

Twice‑yearly uniform allowance.
