About the Role
n




nWe have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Boutique Manager to lead their Claremont location and team. Our ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of running a store, with the ability to lead from the front in driving store performance and exceptional customer service, to deliver outstanding results. If you have a passion and drive for providing exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with customers, then this is the role for you.n

To be successful you will have:n

- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail fashion store (highly desirable)
n
- You cultivate a team setting of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
n
- You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
n
- Great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team
n
- You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
