Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to lead clinical care in aged and community care settings. You will develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and lead the care team to meet individual goals.

You will liaise with medical and allied health professionals and family, supervise Personal Care Workers, and practice holistically with robust decision-making. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applications encouraged.
