Downer is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our surfacing operations across the Newcastle region. Reporting to the NSW/ACT State Manager, you will be responsible for safety, operational performance, financial results, client relationships and the leadership of a high-performing team.

This role offers autonomy to influence delivery and growth in a well-established business, with opportunities to shape tendering, contracts and overall performance in the regional market.
