Customer Service Officer required to work in Delacombe Post Office in DTC.
What are we looking for;
- Be customer focused, previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, especially between the hours of 2pm to 5.30 pm.
- Basic computer skills and efficient typing
- Be fast, productive and accurate
- Be a quicker learner as there is a lot of different services we provide and there is constant variety and new things to learn in this job.
- Must be able to lift up to 16kg of parcel
