Tasks & responsibilities As a Process Worker at P&H; Fine Foods, your key duties will include:

- Injection & Tumble Process: Operate machinery to inject marinades, brines, or seasonings into turkey products, and ensure proper tumbling to achieve uniform distribution.
- Vacuum Packing: Safely operate vacuum packing machines to seal and package turkey products, ensuring all products are correctly labelled and meet quality standards.
- Cooking: Monitor cooking processes to ensure turkey products are cooked to specification, maintaining consistency and food safety standards.
- Packing & Sorting: Pack finished products for shipment. This includes inspecting packaging and labelling for quality control.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain workstations, machines, and factory areas to ensure hygiene and comply with food safety regulations. This includes sanitising equipment and providing a safe working environment.
- Quality Control:



Inspect raw and finished products for quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our high-quality turkey products are produced, packed, and delivered to customers safely and efficiently.
