About the Role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of your project from pre-construction (including ECI where applicable) through to practical completion, defects and handover.

You get to choose your project: a $30M, 3-storey aged care facility, a $20M mixed-use commercial development, or a $15M education project. There is also the opportunity to be involved in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase of projects, working with clients and consultants on design input, buildability, programme and pricing before construction begins, and then seeing the project through on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the ECI phase, including design coordination, buildability input, programming and cost planning

- Lead the project team, subcontractors and consultants

- Own the programme, budget, forecasting, variations and commercial performance

- Manage procurement and subcontractor engagement

- Run the client relationship and keep stakeholders informed

- Drive safety, quality and programme outcomes

- Identify and resolve risks before they affect delivery

About You

- Hands-on experience as the PM on new build commercial construction projects valued at $10M+





- A track record of taking projects through to handover and defects, not just the early stages

- Strong commercial and contract management skills

- Confidence leading site teams and managing subcontractor performance

- Solid knowledge of the Queensland market and subcontractors

- Procore or similar project management software experience

- Experience in aged care, education, mixed-use or similar commercial sectors (highly regarded, but not essential)

- Exposure to ECI or pre-construction phases (highly regarded, but not essential)
