Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and property inspections
- Manage rental arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handle tenant enquiries and resolve tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Work closely with leasing and administration teams
- Maintain accurate records using Property Tree
THE PERSON
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
