With an extensive collection of furniture, artwork and décor, we style everything from modern apartments and character homes to family residences and premium properties.

We are now looking for a talented and experienced Property Stylist to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, creative role suited to an experienced stylist who can confidently manage styling projects, make independent design decisions and deliver beautiful results under real estate campaign deadlines.

You will work alongside our experienced styling and logistics teams to create inviting spaces that reflect each property's character, location and target buyer demographic.

We are specifically seeking someone with previous professional styling experience who can contribute confidently from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, coordinate and execute property styling installations.

- Select and arrange furniture, artwork, rugs, soft furnishings and decorative accessories.

- Create cohesive styling concepts tailored to different property types and buyer demographics.

- Manage styling projects efficiently within scheduled installation timelines.

- Work collaboratively with fellow stylists, management and the logistics team.

- Maintain exceptional presentation standards and attention to detail.





- Conduct property inspections, styling adjustments and pack-down coordination as required.

- Ensure the safe handling, presentation and care of company furniture and inventory.

- Adapt confidently to changing schedules, styling requirements and property layouts.

Skills & Experience – Essential

Previous professional experience in property styling, real estate staging or interior styling is mandatory.

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

- Proven hands-on experience styling residential properties professionally.

- Strong understanding of furniture placement, colour coordination, proportions and spatial planning.

- Ability to confidently style properties with minimal supervision.

- A creative eye for detail and the ability to deliver different styling aesthetics.

- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

- Strong teamwork, communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

- Flexibility to work across different properties and changing daily schedules.

- A current Australian driver's licence.

Work Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents.

Experience in interior design, furniture styling, visual merchandising and real estate presentation will be highly regarded,



provided applicants have relevant practical styling experience.
