Bendpro is a well-established long-term manufacturing business in the Fraser Coast. We are seeking a motivated, proactive team player to complement our team.
Our perfect candidate is someone with a positive attitude, focused on solutions with a growth mentality.
As a key member of the quality team, your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Quality Control – interpret and apply specific compliance criteria.
- Production Specialist - keen eye for detail.
- Trade qualification or extensive experience in manufacturing and quality control would be preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings. Check consistency between drawings and product.
- Perform in-process inspections and production checks.
- Identify product non-conformance and raise non-conformance reports.
- Must be able to work in a secure and productive manner.
- Effective communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Forklift ticket preferred but not essential.
At Bendpro we pride ourselves in having an efficient, lean, and organised workshop with very high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You need to be capable enough to stand for a longer duration and required to lift different types of parts for inspection purposes.
Having an above average knowledge of maths is essential in measuring and calculating specifications of the product to meet the quality criteria.
