About the role
Based in our Parramatta office, you'll sell our current projects in Parramatta and Castle Hill, and stock across Australia for home buyers and investors. You will staff our display units on Saturdays, with a day off during the week in return.
Key responsibilities
- Sell current projects in Parramatta and Castle Hill
- Sell stock across Australia for home buyers and investors
- Staff display units on Saturdays
- Run a pipeline from lead to settlement
About you
- Proven experience in residential, project or investor sales
- Self-motivated, competitive and confident
- Current Licensed Real Estate Agent (Class 2 or 1) with continuous licensed status for a minimum of 5 years
- Robust communicator with good follow-through
- Available to work Saturdays
About us
We offer in-house finance with our mortgage team supporting buyers from enquiry through to settlement. We provide a wide range of buyer programs including investor, SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and first home buyer equity share programs. We are buying new stock all the time, so you won't run short of product.
