About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Parkwood team on a Full-Time basis.

As a Receptionist, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.

- Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.

- Operate our booking system efficiently.

- Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry,



and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You:

Along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you will bring:

- Experience in a medical reception or healthcare administration role (highly regarded).

- Experience with radiology environment and Karisma (highly regarded)

- A great understanding of Medicare payments (highly regarded)

- Flexibility in working days and hours.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.

- Adaptability to various databases and systems.

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
