About You
- Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in 360 agency recruitment (Tech/IT recruitment background is essential).
- Culture Fit: Down-to-earth, collaborative, and driven. You enjoy high standards without corporate stuffiness.
- Comfortable in a Boutique Team: With around 10 or so people in the office, you thrive in a tight-knit workplace where everyone knows your name.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills required and a penchant for good office banter.
Desk
- A high performing Consultant is at capacity and looking to transfer some workload to another Consultant to work alongside them (not reporting into them FYI - you will run your own desk but just given a very lucrative head start).
- Please note desk growth and BD will be required but there is exceptional warmth to the offering.
- They are open to meeting tech recruiters from any IT vertical but particularly interested if you have exposure to Data recruitment.
